I am SO in a happy mood! My comp. is back! I just have to get through a scan of my computer that started like three hours ago and is only 77 percent done. *sigh*. You can expect a couple chapters coming your way! I watched a lot of TV and I think I might have a couple plots. ABC family can be very dramatic. I am hoping my mods and such will work this time around.

UPDATE: I could not get the mods to work. Plus I got the stupid bed problem Ashleigh has and I don't know why I got it. This whole thing is annoying! So Ashleigh, how did you get rid of most of your glitches? I can't figure anything out! It is an emergency that needs to be fixed ASAP! Help! The whole Michaels' family cannot do anything!

Ugh, I hate that bed-sinking glitch. Don't freak out, though. It's fixable (but painful).
Basically, your entire neighbourhood has been corrupted, including your save file. It's garbage now. This tends to happen to a lot of people once they hit generation 3 or 4 in their neighbourhoods. Patch 1.8 was supposed to fix this and make neighbourhoods last longer, but apparently, it did nothing.
You're going to have to export your household and any other household you want to save (like extended family that's moved out) and plop them into a new neighbourhood. DO NOT SAVE WHEN YOU GET THIS GLITCH! Just shut the game down and reload, no matter how much progress you lose. Trust me, losing a few Sim-years is far better than losing your whole family. If you attempt to save after getting this glitch, you'll end up in a perpetual save screen and your game will crash.
Just shut the game down, then reload and go into your neighbourhood. Go into Edit Town mode, click on the households you want to save and click Share. Choose to export your household with their house/lot.
Once you've exported all the households you want to save, shut down the game and reload again, but this time, start a fresh neighbourhood. Once in the new neighbourhood, plop your families overtop of the lots they were on in your old neighbourhood. Go back and delete your borked neighbourhood.
You shouldn't have any more issues with bed-sinking and Sims disappearing once you put them in a new neighbourhood. The only catch is that Sims in separate households will no longer show up as being related to each other and will basically become strangers after this, but there's no way to get around that. You can always have your Sims go visit their extended family and become friends with them again, even though they won't recognize them as being related.
---
As for your mods and CC not working, I think I know the problem. Since I didn't have WA before, I didn't catch this. I have all my mods and CC working with my game and I have WA, so what I did should work for you, too.
Take your entire Mods folder and move it to Program Files > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 World Adventures (NOT The Sims 3).
Copy your Resource.cfg file from Program Files > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 and paste it into Program Files > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 World Adventures.
Copy your d3dx9_31.dll file from Program Files > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Game > Bin and paste it into Program Files > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 World Adventures > Game > Bin.
Make sure your mods are under Mods > Packages > Hacks and your CC is under Mods > Packages > Misc. If not, create those subfolders for them.
That should work.

Oh well I quit out (without saving) before and when I went back in everything was fine. They weren't stuck to the beds anymore. Though I was bored of playing the Michaels so I started the Hopkins.

You should really put them in a new hood. It will happen again, trust me. I tried the "reload and cross fingers" method, too, and it was fine for a little while before the glitch started happening again and again more frequently until I couldn't play my family at all.
Did you get your mods and CC working after putting all those files and folders under your WA folder?

Nope, it didn't work. Oh well. My hopes weren't up too high anyway. Mods and CC just don't want to cooperate. Maybe I'll pay a high-tech sims 3 computer wiz to come help me.
