I have the base game and World Adventures, I don't have High End Loft Stuff. I've only tried downloading CC, and none of it has shown up.

Hm, I'd advise going through all the steps again to make sure you didn't miss something somewhere.
1. Resource.cfg is in Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 World Adventures. 2. d3dx9_31.dll is in Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 World Adventures/Game/Bin 3. You have a Mods folder (capitalized and spelled correctly) in Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 World Adventures. 4. You have a Packages folder (capitalized and spelled correctly) in your Mods folder. 5. The CC has been extracted using WinRAR and is in .package format. 6. The .package files are in Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 World Adventures/Mods/Packages 7. The CC is compatible with your game.
Sorry if I'm sounding repetitive. I just want to make absolutely sure that you didn't miss something, because otherwise, I really don't know why you can't get your CC to work. The tutorial outlines everything step-by-step and the .cfg and .dll files are my personal files from my own computer, which work in my game.

Hi. I love your legacy, btw, and have read what you've said about Twallan's SP Mod. I have tried downloading and installing it, but it doesn't seem to work. I have Sims 3, and WA. I am patched to 2.7, so I followed the instructions on MTS, but they didn't work, so I tried yours, and they don't appear to work either. Any advice? EDIT: Never mind. I figured it out - i had put the Resources file in the wrong section.

No problem. I'm glad it worked out for you.
